Despite our chartering the whole ship for the IAH event, we still have to follow the cruise line’s policies. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns. A complete list of BPCL policies can be found on their website, but we’ve highlighted a few items that are most relevant for us:
LUGGAGE & BEVERAGE POLICY
Each guest is permitted to bring two pieces of luggage; each piece must be below 50 pounds. For excess and overweight luggage, a $25 fee per bag will be automatically charged to your onboard account. Guests are not permitted to bring any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages on board. If guests have concerns regarding dietary needs, they should contact their charter organizer.
Cell phones can be used by setting up an international plan with your cellular provider; this service is charged via your provider at international roaming rates. We recommend staying connected with one of our two affordable Wifi Packages, available for purchase once on board. Pricing for the IAH charter will be determined closer to the event.
