Hey, listen up!

IAH 2019 will have a few different rules and policies because of the cruise ship, and below is a summary for your review. We will be emailing all the details that go with each item so there are no misunderstandings or rumors that may confuse folks.

  1. DEADLINE TO MAKE CABIN TRANSFERS IS NOW AUGUST 30.
To add a roommate or sell your cabin, email Hashboat2019@gmail.com or go to the “Edit My Rego” page on our website.
  2. CONSIDER TRAVEL INSURANCE.
Buying this insurance can help if you get stuck, need medical care in Nassau, get left behind, lose your luggage, etc: iah2019.com/travel-insurance/
  3. BRING YOUR PASSPORT & A CREDIT CARD.
If you get stuck in Nassau for any reason, you’ll need a passport to fly back home. BPCL will require a credit card when you check-in on Sunday to cover any incidentals you may incur on the ship.
  4. YOUR LUGGAGE WILL GO THROUGH SECURITY INSPECTION ON SUNDAY AT THE PORT TERMINAL.
Each guest is permitted two pieces of luggage, each below 50 pounds. DO NOT bring items on board that BPCL doesn’t allow. Read your email or visit our website to see the list.
  5. MIDNIGHT CURFEW MONDAY NIGHT IN NASSAU.
BPCL has set this curfew for all passengers while we stay in port overnight on Monday, October 14th.
  6. ADJUSTED HOURS FOR NEKKID DECK WHILE IN PORT.
We are no longer the only ship in Nassau on Monday and Tuesday so no nudity will be allowed during daylight hours, as directed by BPCL.
  7. WATER, WATER, EVERYWHERE — SO DRINK IT.
Take advantage of the water being offered by cruise staff, sitting on the bars, at meals, etc. And take some with you when you’re headed to trail or out to do tourist stuff.
  8. RESPECT. THE. STAFF.
They will be friendly and treat you with respect so please do the same. What’s not offensive to you may be very uncomfortable for the staff so please be aware of your surroundings.
  9. COMPLAINTS AND DAMAGES AND CONSENT, OH MY!
IAH has zero control over the ship staff and we’ll direct any complaints or issues to the customer service desk in the lobby. Damages to the ship’s property or complaints from the staff will be handled swiftly and to the fullest extent of the law if necessary. This ship has a brig or you could be ejected from the event as well. Before hashers are allowed to grab their swag, you’ll be signing an “IAH consent and respect” form to acknowledge these rules and policies so just be polite to people, respect their boundaries, and everybody will have a great time.
